Everything Club Penguin Weekly Review: Coins for Change!

Hi there penguins!

It's time for the holidays, and I've got a special Everything Club Penguin Weekly Review to share with you. For the fifth week, I've decided to base this review on Coins For Change.

Coins for Change is a program designed to help people and animals around the world. Every year during the Holiday Party, Club Penguin sets out Coins for Change donation stands in the holiday-decorated rooms in which penguins can donate their earned coins in-game to causes that they will turn into money in real life and donate them to the causes the penguins have donated to on the island. These causes are: Protect the Earth, Provide Medical Help and Build Safe Places. These Coins for Change donation stands can be located this year at: the Town, Plaza, Rockhopper's Captain Quarters on the Migrator, the Ski Village and at the Snow Forts. The donation stand will be a black pot held up with red poles with a Coins for Change logo on top along with a tube going into the ground.

To shake things up a bit, this year Club Penguin is giving back to the penguins who donate! You can purchase a magic cookie from the Bakery at the Snow Forts in which the 100 coins will automatically go to a Coins for Change cause you choose to donate it to, and you will then transform into either a Toy Car, a Reindeer Puffle or a Frost Bite penguin. The Frost Bite penguin has special abilities, and you must be a member to purchase the Reindeer Puffle Cookie and the Frost Bite Cookie. If you donate to a Coins for Change cause at one of the donation stands in the rooms listed, you will receive a Coins for Change 2012 pin for your penguin. Depending on the amount of coins you donate to a cause, you might even earn a stamp for your generosity!

What do you think of this week's review? Are you going to donate to Coins for Change this year? If so, how much coins do you plan on donating, and which cause do you plan on donating to? Be sure to leave your comments and opinions below, and don't forget to check back for more Club Penguin Holiday Party cheats and tutorials for 2012!
